Shipping policy

Shipping policy WAIR currently ships to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. Orders are processed in small batches. Ready-to-ship pieces usually leave the studio within 3-5 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping is complimentary on handbag orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. WAIR is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or events outside our control. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first and then email orders@wairstudio.com so we can help investigate. Custom, painted, monogrammed, or motif pieces may require additional preparation time. Any timing specific to a commission will be communicated before fulfillment.
